I'm fundraising for Glaucoma Australia
Can you imagine not being able to see all the wonderful things around us?
I've had a pretty scary time these past six months with ongoing treatment to my left eye, due to leaking blood vessels that have left permanent scars and affected my retina. Treatment is still ongoing and over the weekend I had another bleed. My sight has always been the most precious part of my body, particularly being that photography is my soul's calling and the way I share my creativity and emotion.
That said, my mum has glaucoma, as did her mum. I am taking part in the 7 Sights Challenge to save the sight of more Australians. Please support my fundraising efforts - together we can take glaucoma out of the picture!
